Slightly eliminate and possible to escape onto Alopecia at at couple of points but nonetheless offering surprisingly independent and technical wall climbing.
Start at edges in between Diverticulitis and Alopecia and gain a faint crack below an overlap before moving up to this ( Dmm peanut #2 or HB Offset #4 in overlap). Climb the crack with difficulty until edges left can be gained and further moves gain better holds.
Gain the headwall above directly to a sloping hold and top out via a break.
