Rockfax Description
14m. Begin left of Deception's cracks and gain a peg runner with difficulty - V4. Use the improving side-pull to continue direct, passing a break, to ledges and an escape. Apparently it was originally graded HVS and is now low in the (E4) grade. © Rockfax

βeta: The upper crux past the peg on this route used to be the hard bit, but the right hand flake has improved a lot due to snappage over 15 years ago That section was previously described as "levitate past the crux", and was about V5/6, where as now the starting boulder is the hard part. Personally I feel it is overgraded as at E4 (assuming the peg is solid, personally never fallen in it) - should be down graded to E3 6a | βeta? | |
