This summit has been climbed in 7 logbooks.Multiple options exist, depending on your prediliction for gradient, bog and parking spot. Quickest approach likely to be from Doctor Bridge/Low Birker in Eskdale (steep). Other possibilities: from Jubilee Bridge, following the path up the flank of Harter Fell before striking out across the moor (graceful, steady); from the Ulpha moor road (trackless, boggy); up the long and winding forestry track from the Birk's Bridge forestry car-park (Duddon), before cutting over the moor (long but steady, boggy moor to cross).
