Rockfax Description
Another worthwhile first pitch. The original second pitch is not described as it is loose. Start as for Oran.
1) 4c, 18m. Climb up to the beginning of the corner on Oran. Traverse up leftwards to a thin crack in the yellow wall and climb it to meet the faultline. Pull up past the faultline and then go left to a ledge and belay (shared with Wall Street).
2) 4b, 15m. The narrow groove above as for Wall Street pitch 2. © Rockfax

βeta: We belayed to start P1 at the foot of the Oran corner groove to avoid wet ropes and rope drag. A good, well protected route with excellent rock. An intimidating line up the crack in the wall but average holds lead to a welcome jug just where you want one! Move from the break to the stance was good Swanage jug fun! P2 of Wall Street. | ||
