A pleasant route with a crucial crack on the upper wall. Start as for Karwendal Wall and move up and left to a small roof, then move back up and right through Kaisergebirge Wall. You can reach this point more easily by simply following Karwendal Wall to the same spot. The prominent crack shows the approximate line, though it is better to use the crack for gear and use the face holds to the left. This does make the climbing a little bolder, but much less sustained than attempting to follow the crack.Abseil off. © Rockfax
