35m. Start at a spike belay on a smaller flake by the right arete of the large flake at the foot of the Third Pillar (easily reached by abseiling diagonally). Gain a standing position on a prominent hold on the arete and climb a sinuous crack to the crest of the flake. Step to its right hand end and bridge rightwards across the gap on to the intimidating wall. Climb this on good handholds to jugs at the base of the slab. Climb the short crack above and traverse left into the middle of the slab. Move up past a prominent flaky crimp to a good incut below a small square niche. Continue to jugs and a quartz exit. Finish up the short arete on the left and belay at the abseil point (or belay above the quartz exit and scramble up on the right). The grade applies if you have the right gear to protect the intimidating wall: this is not obvious. If unprotected it will probably feel harder than HVS?
