5 pitches. A grand way to get from bottom to top of the Sea Walls by the easiest route, only aout 10m of VD then mostly scrambling. All been done before, but listed for the record. Takes the approach to The Terrace, then follows this past an aided step and on up the Upper Circle Terraces to the top.
1 .Start just left of Gronk, taking the easiest way up to the first tree. Move up and then left to belay by the next tree (beware of the loose block below).
2. Scramble off from behind the tree and move leftwards onto The Terrace (long leftward diagonal ledge) make a belay.
3. Scramble up The Terrace to a difficult 3m high step. Either boulder this on the right corner at tech 4c or lasso the iron spike mid way along and aid up. Continue to nut belays at the top of that terrace.
4. Scramble up through a gap in the bushes to the Upper Circle terraces above. Belay by the short wall.
5. Walk with care from here, heading leftwards, past an exposed rightward corner (rope in-situ) , and then another exposed step (rope in-situ), and up the ramp to the railings.
6. Ice Cream to finish
