This is a large face with two destinct sides linked with an area of mixed ice and rock, the left side of the crag is a rolling ice slab starting at a shallow angle and getting steadily steaper. the right side is vertical ice with a shelf half way and a cave feature at the bace that was creating some good icicles. above the left side was a single tree that was good to use for an anchour point with a back up point in the ice, on the right there is a more substantule forest to provide many good anchour points.
the crag is accsessed from a walk in along a forest track, parking and approch is the same as the accsess for Mael. from the car park you walk up hill for about 2Km, you then need to cut off road throgh the trees. this section can be quite fidily through some large rocks.
