Approach notes

Best approached from Fulpmes in Stubaital. The Schlick 2000 Kreuzjoch Bahn gives the easiest access but only runs between 09.00 and 17.00 hrs in the summer months. From the summit station follow the trails down past the Zirmachalm, after a few hundred metres a usually signed path leads off to the left, using rotpunkts, across scree slopes to the start of the Klettersteig, which is marked with a large Rotpunkt. This takes 1-1.5 hrs.
