Rocktype Sandstone (hard)
Faces SW
A steep overlapping wall tucked away in a hollow in the woods above a mineshaft, with a small number of spectacular middle grade routes. It is reasonably quick to dry after the winter and the routes can remain dry even in light rain.
From the A4067, B4291 roundabout at Glais, follow the B4291 towards Glais and take the first left to a minor road (Ynys-Y-Mond Road) running parallel to the A4067. About 1 mile down the road, is a lane, cutting back sharply to the right and leading to a row of cottages. Park here. Walk up past the cottages, then strike up and left on a good path through the woods to reach the hollow on the left after about 5 minutes.
