Rinboy Point - only limited problems are accessible at high tide. Access to certain areas is blocked from mid-tide.
Ballyhoorisky - almost nothing is available at high tide.

Rinboy Point - dont go to the very end of the road as its residential. Park sensibly.
Ballyhoorisky - park on the grass on the left after the second cattle grid at the bend in the road. Dont block access.
