Rocktype Granite
Altitude 3140m a.s.l
Stunning east - west valley with several glaciated hanging valleys containing alpine peaks. The rock is golden granite and of variable quality. There have been several expeditions to this area. The pin on the map marks the most common base camp and helicopter landing spot.

Helicopter from Madyr Adyr or it is possible to drive or cycle in from Ak-Shyirak. A 4x4 track is visible on Streetmap and satellite imagery which accesses the col at the western end of the Djangart valley.
