Crag features
The next two gullies to the right of Carreg Fran rise above the Sheep Pen boulders and are referred to in guidebooks as either Twll Du Left and Twll Du or sometimes simply Left Gully and Right Gully. Clogwyn Twll Du is the entire face between them. It contains several tiers of rock. At present the only known route (Strange Attractor) is on the uppermost tier which is approached from above.

The approach depends on the tier/buttress and is therefore given separately under each Buttress heading (only for the Upper Tier at the moment).
