Crag features

A really beautiful and somehow quite unknown summit in a quiet area of the Vanoise National Park. The peak has a beautiful north ridge, which goes at AD. There are other, harder routes on the South East and West faces of varying quality.

Approach notes

Park at the Refuge de l'Orgère and follow the obvious path toward the peak, which is clearly visible from the refuge. If you are heading for the north ridge or routes on the South or East faces, follow the trail for the Col de la Masse. For routes on the West face, head up the goat track following the river on walker's right.

No Access Issues

Beware there are various sheep herds around and so there are patou around (massive and sometimes aggressive sheep dogs). Approach with care.
