Bouldering in a beautiful loaction ranging from sit starts to Highballs - slabs to steep. There are multiple easy / juggy routes on good clean rock. There are also some very interesting rock shapes and features to be found here, differing from most other venues in the Mourne area.

For the easiest approach, parking at the Pigeon rock car park is advised. Be considerate when using this space and close the gate behind you as you will be entering working farmland.
Follow the track from the car park and cross the river, keep on this track as it sweeps southward passing below the imposing trad climbing crags of Pigeon rock. After a few hundred metres as the path splits, keep with the lower option and follow this track on good terrain for approximately 2km (20 / 30mins) to the bouldering area.
