Approach notes

Drive from San Miguel first towards San Mateo and then towards San Mateo North or Portixol. Directly at the stone wall (with rubbish bins) and before you enter the urbinazion Isla Blanca go right and downhill on a (now badly) paved road until - just before a sharp left turn - you will see on your right side an open space in the woods. Park here.

Follow the path (which begins behind the square) through the woods for about 300 meters until you reach the top of a verticle wall in a large open space. You are now on top of sector Sol y Samba arriba and you can see Hotel Hacienda on the other side of the bay. If you follow the edge going inland you go towards the base of this crag. Along the path you might find a stack of rocks which indicate a small scramble down to the crag. If you miss these rocks then there will be a slightly overgrown path to follow which will take you to the crag.
