Climbs 2
Rocktype UNKNOWN
Altitude 8m a.s.l
A long walk for beautiful views with a bonus climb at the end of it. Gutcher's Shadow is a great little overhanging arete problem thankfully over a sandy landing. There is also a nice easy highball/ mini route just round the corner following an impeccable crack on a slab. Didn't go too high on this as still pretty damp but don't think it would be too hard. Some other walls and overhangs but mostly green and damp. Shame there's not more as the rock is good.
Follow the coast from Rockcliffe campsite. Also possible to come direct from the campsite between the hills if you don't mind cows. Need medium or low tide.
