Polin Beach © scragrock
The various walls and slabs located on the headland and beach around the tiny crofting village of Polin.
This is hardly a prime location but.....In combination with visits to Sheigra/Droman Pier/Backstage and a bit of DWS down at the beach it makes a satisifing day out on fantastic rock in an wonderfull spot.
From the "Main" single track road that takes you too Sheigra and the parking for Sandwood bay. Just after Oldshoremore take signs for Polin Beach, Follow this road downhill to a cluster of crofts and a large parking bay on your right.
Walk down the road to the last White House- No 170 and either venture left to the obvious wall up the hill or take the path to the beach.
*Enjoy
Tensions are running high in the far north and many locals are frustrated with a large influx of visitors taking advantage and behaving badly/inappropriatly.
Please don't add to this.
Let the local community see that climbers are a clean respectfull and responsible community :)
