The crag, located just off the popular 'Slea Head' drive, was developed in the 80s and has remained pretty much unclimbed since. It features an incredible amount of underdeveloped potential in particular for those slab-walkers out there.
Full route descriptions can be found on the wiki by clicking here.
The crag is just a quick walk from the Com Dhíneol carpark, follow the obvious trail up the head and you will see the crag below you to your left. Follow the poorly defined track that goes between the two tiers.
Do not bring your dog, the head is used to graze sheep. This is a common point of contention with local farmers and could potentially result in a loss of access. This is generally good practice in the area.
There is an honesty box at the entrance to the head walk and if you have cash it would be a great way to build some good will with the landowner.
