The steep slopes on the northern side of Langsteinberga are home to two prominent ice lines. The most impressive of the two forms on the river Struka that flows down a wide waterfall here. This allows for a 3-4 pitch route with variable options for ascent. The second it a smaller stream that produces two pitches of ice.
The approach is simple to Struka, from the farm walk up the forest track to the stream then follow the stream up to the start of the icefall proper. For the other route, from the farm, hike through the forest up to the ice.
No access issues here as such. Be considerate if you plan to park at the farm and ask permission first, alternativley park at Langstein Kai at Sandbukta and walk up.
