To the east of the East Face of Triple Overhang Buttress, and separated from it by a large zawn, is a series of walls and grooves capped by overhangs. This is Ripper Cliff. The cliff has a shorter, steeper West Face separated from the easier-angled South Face by a smooth, offwidth chimney, the base of which can only be crossed at low tide.
Approach from St. Govan's in 30 mins.
Night firing normally occurs on Tues & Thurs but can alternate to Mon & Wed.
Dates: 1 March to 1 August
Reason: Nesting Birds
The nesting restriction (1st Mar - 1st Aug) applies from Star Control to Rabbit Ripper inclusive.
