Crag features
This lies on the north-east flank of Birnam Hill near Dunkeld (on the west side of the A9) at about the same level but left of Birnam Quarry and below the more obvious but scrappy Rohallion Castle Crag. It has a short overhanging east face and a slabby moss-covered north face.
Went to find the crag which is not far above the path about 100m past the 1st switch back. Itis well hidden and heavily overgrown with thick moss trees etc on theNorh facing slabs - take agent orange or napam! The East face didnt look too horrible, but life is just too short! In summary - Don't bother!
Approach notes
From the carpark 300 metres down the Bankfoot turning from the A9, walk under the railway and the crag lies 5 minutes walk through the trees above.
