Crag features
Small igneous outcrop of low angled excellent quality rock. Great for kids, and obviously climbed on for years. Not in the West Midlands guide, but in the coverage area.
Approach notes
Clearly marked as the Gear Stone on Hope Bowdler hill above Church Stretton. From the road, take the path towards Gaer Stone Farm, and take the path leading steeply up through the field just before the farm is reached.
| Could anyone leave some more precise details on the climbs here? I've done a few routes up there but it would be good if you could leave a photo of the route so i can see if they're the same or new!!
