Sit start using a sidepull and a pinch between Covid Crack and Contagion crack (see circled holds on the picture). Get to the top jug of Contagion crack without any holds or footholds outside of the cracks (i.e the left edge of Contagion crack is in but not the chockstones in it).
Might be significantly harder or impossible if one is vertically challenged.
