This guide is in Norwegian and is widely available in Norway. It is quite difficult to use without a knowledge of the area as it contains no maps and the sections are not arranged geographically. While there are photos of some peaks and ranges, route topos  are line-drawn. Descriptions of routes are mostly brief, giving a general idea of approach and line. However, it is the only source of information for this vast and beautiful area of mountains.
