Overview

The Lakes Mountaineer provides WALKING guides and NAVIGATION courses, ROCK CLIMBING guiding and instruction and SCRAMBLING guiding throughout the Lake District. FAMILY ADVENTURES also available during the holidays.

WALKING: Join me for a guided walk in the mountains, tick off a few Wainwrights, or find some solitude - the aim is up to you.

SCRAMBLING: from grade 1 to 3, you can be guided up classic routes such as Jack's Rake, Pinnacle Ridge and Striding Edge. Complete the Hewitts by scrambling on Pillar Rock.

ROCK CLIMBING: advanced courses in self-rescue or introduction to outdoor climbing, there is something for you. Trad, sport, indoor or outdoor. Don't forget the abseiling too!

FAMILY ADVENTURES: Mini-, Mighty- and Mega-Mountains - the right mix of climbing, abseiling, scrambling and escape room navigation for your age of kids.
