Salary:27k-33k depending on experience.

This is what we would like from our new Centre Manager.  We want you to build a team that loves where they work and loves our customers no matter their age or ability.  You will need to be organised and creative, always striving to grow.  You'll have days on reception, days teaching and basically showing the rest of the team how it's done (there's nothing like leading by example).

Setting is another major part of what we're good at.  If you've got it we'll take it, but don't worry it isn't a deal breaker.

Manager roles and responsibilities

• Being responsible for all elements of running the Centre day to day. Reporting directly to Directors
• Responsible for all things Staff e.g rotas,training,HR, H&S, policies and procedures
• Growth and retention of customer base
• Coordinating with centre managers from sister walls for consistency.
• Maintaining a happy work and climbing environment and building a community.
• Events and social media

Skills Required

• Being a confident, respectful and patient leader who can manage a team
• Good customer service skills
• Competent with IT software
• Being a motivated, energetic person
• A love of climbing
• Good at problem solving
• Great organisational skills
• Relevant Bouldering wall qualifications
• First Aid (can be done before starting role)

Hours

• Full time 40hrs per week. Including some evenings and weekends where necessary. Hours becoming more flexible the more established the wall becomes.
