Duration: Permanent
Remuneration: Band B: £27,000 per annum FTE, as well as excellent benefits
Hours of work: 35 hours per week which represents full-time hours, with hybrid working (50% of time in the office)
Reporting to: Governance & Compliance Manager
Location: BMC, 177-179 Burton Road, Manchester, M20 2BB
Sitting within the HR & Office Support team, the Executive Assistant & Governance Co-ordinator will work closely with the BMC's CEO and wider Senior Leadership Team, as well as provide administrative and logistical support to the Governance & Compliance Manager (who is also the BMC's Company Secretary), and across the wider organisation and its subsidiaries.
The post holder will organise Board meetings and assist with the co-ordination of meetings for the Members' Council and the network of Local Area Meetings.
The BMC is looking for somebody comfortable presenting ideas and learning new skills quickly, who can demonstrate an ability to work within a team environment.
