We are looking for an experienced instructor holding at least an RCI qualification and must have a full (preferable clean) driving license to join our team in our climbing centre in the heart of Keswick.

Our centre offers; indoor lead climbing (45 lines up to 12m high), a dedicated bouldering area with a MoonBoard and Digital Training Board. We also run a hugely popular escape room based on a mountain rescue experience, a cave, a hard play area with a cafe, and outdoor activities including ghyll scrambling and outdoor climbing.

You would be joining our team in delivering climbing sessions indoors, coaching from beginner level through to performance climbing. Knowledge of, and previous experience in delivering the NICAS system would be desirable. You would also be expected to run outdoor sessions throughout the summer.

Our centre is open every day from morning until late evening during the week, it is especially busy during holiday periods. We require an energetic, organised, punctual, reliable and self-motivated individual with excellent customer service and IT skills. All relevant outdoor qualifications with experience of working in a similar setting are essential. We are looking for a team player willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.
