Company Info

Our primary aim is to create a space in which our community can thrive, grow, and progress. We are a forward-looking and constantly developing company, and we are now looking to move to the next stage of our development and grow our centre into an even bigger and better version of what we already have.

Location

If you don't know it already, Dorset is one of the most beautiful parts of the UK with a coastline that stretches out taking in sandy beaches, fantastic coastal walks and, of course, amazing climbing. Life here is slower and you're never more than a few minutes from something fun. We have a higher number of hours of sunshine each year than any other part of the UK!

With customers ranging from children trying climbing for the first time, through to aspiring GB team members, our coaches are an essential part of ensuring our customers can enjoy themselves within our centre and get the most out of their climbing.

We pride ourselves on the quality and standard of our coaching and it is extremely important to us that we deliver the best possible customer service. As such, anyone wishing to join our coaching team must be committed to continually striving to improve their own knowledge and experience in order that, together, we can push the standards of coaching to be the very best they can be.

We are offering a full-time position (36 hours per week), covering a variety of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
