WINNER: Andypeak

Dig Deep is giving one lucky runner that chance to win a free entry into the Half-Mathon, 30 mile or 50 mile race.

Based a stone's throw from the city of Sheffield, Dig Deep in some of the best running the Peak District has to offer.

Whether this is your first trail race or you're a seasoned ultra runner, Dig Deep offers a distance for everyone.

The event starts and finishes at Clarks Farm in Sheffield, where there will be camping available Friday and Saturday night (at a cost of £5 per tent/camper, which must be booked in advance). Toilets are available on-site and there is a farm shop selling local produce. There is plenty of parking available on site too.

1/2

21km of glorious Peak District trails, heading out across Stanage Edge and the Burbage Valley, before returning to Dig Deep HQ. A brilliant route for trail/fell veterans but also a great introduction to trail running if it's your first time racing off the beaten path.

30 Miles

From smooth sweeping trails to technical descents, this 30 mile adventure delivers it all. Starting across Stanage Edge, it continues over to Bamford Edge before gaining height up to Win Hill. There's some short lived respite throughout Castleton and Bradwell, before gaining height again up onto Shatton Moor, and losing it again as you descend down to the River Derwent, which is followed until height is gained (once-again) up into the Burbage Valley and back into Sheffield to Dig Deep HQ.

50miles

The grand tour of the Peak District, from the iconic gritstone edges to the classic hills, this big day out has it all. It begins by taking in the same ground as the 30, but where that departs down to Castleton off Win Hill the 50 continues on higher ground to take in some of the Kinder Plateau, Edale and The Great Ridge before returning to Sheffield via the same route as the 30.
