The Pomoca Alpine Light outsole ensures grip and traction while Salewa's new Edging Plate 2 technology and a stabiliser in the rear of the midsole offer torsional stiffness; the boot will accept semi-automatic crampons. The 3F system with Kevlar cables cradles the heel, and a customisable footbed ensures a perfect fit. The PFC-free nylon fabric upper has a Powertex PFC-free membrane and a protective rubber rand, plus laces made from recycled materials.

The Ortles Light Mid PTX boot is new this winter and is available in men's or women's versions.
