In reply to UKC News: It's also worth mentioning that this has only come about because of the hard work and dedication of Mike Raine, the (volunteer) head honcho of BMC Cymru/Wales. He was the one pushing this from the start (for over a year) and who kept pushing and pushing this through various committees until it was accepted.
If you think this is good news, buy him a pint (and maybe a cheese pie) the next time you see him.
