having finally realised my days of serious climbing are over, it's time to cash in the gear.
Last used in anger 6 years ago, no major falls onto any gear (max 2-3 falls of 8 feet on a 30 foot run out)
Stored in dry conditions out of daylight.
I would be prepared to split the pile, which seems to fall naturally into the following groups- (with reference to the photo)
Top line 3 Camp pitons, 3 camp 16 cm drive-in screws , 2 BD 22 cm ice screws, Warthog
and DMM bulldog - 60 pounds all in.
second line Wild country friends -3 flexible (size 3, 2 and 1) and 2 solid stem (size 2.5 and 1)
75 pounds all in
bottom line 11 nuts-a mix of rocks and walnuts in sizes from 2 to 11 (size 8 absent)
35 pounds all in
right side A mix of HB and DMM carabiners -22 in total of which 8 are screwgate.
60 pounds all in.
Prices do not include postage-collection would be welcome from North London (postcode NW2, brent terrace area of Cricklewood)
As said above, I am happy to split the collection but if anyone wants the lot then a discount down to 200 pounds will apply. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
