Job Description
The Finance/Office Administrator role will involve:
1. Efficiently processing on-line payments. This will include running the company’s direct debit scheme and various internet based payments systems.
2. Running the staff rotas on a day to day basis.
3. Providing administrative support to the Director & Centre Manager. Some of your key duties will include monitoring, analysing, auditing and reporting on the company’s membership and sales data.
Candidate’s Profile
- Strong numeracy, process and PC skills (including excel)
- A pro-active self starter, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A good communicator
- Sound understanding and experience of good financial and process administration
