I started up the PYG track and then scrambled across Crib Goch with all my winter kit and painting kit on my back until i found a suitable spot to set-up my easel. Truly amazing spot to paint in, but as the sun went down behind Snowdon, the wind became serious and started to lift the boulders which were holding my easel down.
