You're right, there, Roger! The only thing we didn't get, which would have been the icing on the cake, was a proper sunset because of thickening cloud.

Because of the size of the display it doesn't allow you to appreciate the the dynamism of the cirrus formations fanning out at the top of the photo. To me they add power and movement. Unfortunately the tiny file size allowed by UKC means either low resolution pics or small images, neither of which does justice to the original...but I know what you mean!
