The Role

Expedition Leaders/ Assistant Expedition Leaders.
Leading groups 16-18 year olds through their 28 day expedition.

When

July/August 2013

Locations

Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Borneo, Cambodia, Ecuador.

What's involved

Unlike other providers we own our own ground operations which means our leaders are heavily supported on the ground . Day to day our leaders are there to guide their team through each phase of the expedition, whether its community, environmental, wildlife project work or the adventure phase, that could be either a Mountain trek, Jungle trek or PADI Open Water course.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience working with young adults
  • Leadership experience/ skills
  • First Aid qualification (16 hours)
  • Current CRB
  • Mountain leader accessed (Only for Mountain/Jungle expeditions)
  • Mountain trekking experience (Only for Mountain/ Jungle expeditions)

Salary

£800 - £1000 Scuba leaders / £1350 - £1500 Mountain/Jungle leaders
Salary is dependant on experience, group size and dynamic.
Your flights, accommodation, food and beverage, visas, travel is all covered.
Excludes vaccinations needed.
