Crampomatics have a wirebail which in theary should if your boots have a lug on the front which your jorasses has fit tighter and better so you get very little movement.
Newmatics have a basket on the front which means they can be fitted to B2 boots (boots with no lug on the front) So you have more flexibility with fitting to different boots but maybe not as well as the wire-bail.
