Hey all, I'm trying to source a backpack for a friend's birthday and I'm wondering if anyone has any 40ishL backpacks going for £40-£50ish? Looking for something fairly light, simple, with a lid, good for Scottish winter and alpine summer. Anything like Osprey Mutant, Lowe Alpine alpine attack along those sort of lines.

I have a Lowe Alpine Peak Attack 35:45 that might fit the bill. Since buying it I’ve only stored coats in it, it’s never actually been used as a rucksack, my old Hot Earth refuses to die.
