This unique idea will help you get the most out of yourself and your time this winter. Katherine is looking for a psyched group of people to take part in the workshops and climbing plan. The full day workshops will make the transition from preparing your body for training, correct ways to train and ways to improve your technique through to the mental and tactical skills helping you climbing your best. You will be supported throughout by Katherine via a facebook group.

These workshops are especially for people onsighting 6a-6c, who are available to climb 2-3 times a week.
