Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours plus per week) 

Salary: £18,000  - 20,000 dependent on experience

The Centre Manager responsibilities include: 


Effective daily running of the climbing centre 

Managing a team of staff to help them provide a safe customer experience 

Overseeing health and safety kept to the highest standards 

Staff training and monitoring 

Organizing the diary for visits and school groups effectively 

Dealing with First Aid responsibilities 


What we are looking for.  Essentials:

Managerial Experience 

A keen and regular climber 

Hold the CWA award as a minimum 

Experience working in a climbing wall 

Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and motivating staff 

First Aid trained and able to deal with incidents confidently 

Superb organizational skills 

Remains upbeat and happy 


Desirables: 

Route setting experience 

Attended Fundamentals Courses 1-3 

NIBAS experience 


We are also looking for energetic Receptionists with CWA, IT and First Aid skills. As well as experienced Instructors with CWA and possible NIBAS experience.
