High Sports will shortly be opening a major new climbing wall at the Plymouth Life Centre and are recruiting for a Centre Manager and Senior Instructor.
These are full time positions for which candidates should have significant industry experience and be able to demonstrate that they have the drive and flair to make the Plymouth wall a success.
Candidates for the Centre Manager position should have strong business development and marketing skills and be able to manage a team of permanent and casual employees. Good IT, numeracy and literacy skills are also required.
Candidates for the Senior Instructor role should hold a minimum SPA, have extensive instructing experience and be able to demonstrate team leadership characteristics.
In the case of both roles, enthusiasm, a passion for climbing and excellent customer service skills are essential.
