We're close to all the crags in the excellent new Rockfax guide to Haute Provence and our gite and bed and breakfast are open for your 2010 climbing trip.

We are located in the picturesque village of Faucon, 50km N.E of Avignon and are in a prime location to the North of Mont Ventoux close to some excellent crags.

St Leger du Ventoux – 20 minutes.
Dentelles de Montmirail – 15 to 20 minutes.
Les Trois Rivieres – 5 minutes
Malaucene - 15 minutes
Combe Obscure - 30 minutes
Orpierre - 1hour
Venasque - 45 minutes

And at Buis les Baronnies

Balme Rousse – 20 minutes.
Rocher St Julien – 15 minutes.
Gorge d’ Ubrieux – 15 minutes

Also secret knowledge on dozens more local crags and bouldering spots.

For day trips we are within range of some major venues

Gorge du Verdon - 2.5 hours.
Buoux – 1.5 hours.
Ceuze - 2 hours.
Ardeche – 1 hour

We are located 1 hour from Nimes airport, 1.5 hours from Marseille airport and just 50 minutes from Avignon airport and Avignon TGV station. Coveniently serviced by Ryanair, Easyjet, BA and Eurostar / TGV.
We are approximately 8-10 hours drive from the Channel ports.

Cycling
Cycling is our other thing. We have a fleet of road bikes available for hire if you want to try and tackle Mont Ventoux and Mountain bike hire can also be arranged.
