Dorset Adventure Cafe Present: Franco Cookson

We are over the moon to be welcoming our 3rd speaker at the Dorset Adventure Cafe. Franco Cookson will be gracing us with his presence and stories from his Greenland trip in search of a new route on Mirror Wall. His talk will be in two parts and the intermission will be a chance to grab another drink and eat the delicious curry with all the trimming severed by the Dorset Adventure Cafe team. Once the meal is finished Franco will be back up to speak and answer any questions you have and let's face it there are endless questions to ask.
The talk is taking place on Saturday the 3rd of February, which works perfectly with Saturday climb, Franco and dinner and then back out on the rock on Sunday. Doors open at 1800
This event is a special community event where we get to meet up with local and travelling climbers. We are a small but mighty scene in Dorset and welcome any travelling or new to the area climbers. The informal evening works so well with a tasty meal, hearing from interesting speakers and getting to catch up with other climbers. Our previous events have included Dave Mcleod and Robbie Phillips with a few more in the pipeline.
All profits from the tickets go to the Dorset Bolt Fund.
