I normally use Flixbus or BlaBlaBus which are about 17 euro each way.

Yes, I think it was Cham Express, that name seems to ring a bell.

I thought parking in Chamonix was an absolute nightmare, but I guess a car gives you more accommodation options outside of the hotspots.
