I’ve been offered a job working as an ‘expedition leader’ for a company like World Challenge (but not world challenge).
The contract states that I need my own liability insurance to cover any costs due to me being negligent.
Anybody have any advice? Seems a bit of a stretch as I’m only an ML so will be vastly out of remit - so how will I get insurance? My normal PLI doesn’t cover work outside the UK, only stuff within my ML and RCI remit
