Been climbing 20 years now, have climbed up to E6 6c trad, 8A sport, V9 bouldering and around grade 4 scottish.

I now focus on classic VS to E3 routes and good days out bouldering.

Currently working on my MIA and already hold the ML & SPA awards.

Recently got into the dark art of Fell Running which is painful yet really good for fitness.
