Best approached from Croesor where there is a large free car park. Follow the Cnicht path out of the village to the highest point on the track. Continue downhill and after the concrete bridge take a small opening in the wall on the right. Follow a faint path diagonally up leftward to arrive suddenly at the crag. For routes on left of crag go over the col. This avoids the unpleasant large boulders.
Problems will be sorting in the new guide (due soon). Glyn - 03/May/10 |

Yes - in the 2000 guide topo p168, Hong is actually number 1 and Kong is number 2. The other routes are shifted down two numbers accordingly. Binder - 03/May/10 |

Superb peaceful little crag - South facing out look with fine views and excellent friction.
The 2000 guide topo (page 185) is incorrect and needs thought.
Route 1 and 2 should be 7 & 8 maybe.
Sheep Tics are a plenty in the long Bracken Beware. Therefore Winter Rock climbing recommended.
Access is easy up a cobbled track through an Iron Gate and then break out left through the second hole in the wall. (20 to 30 minutes) Dave Westby - 30/Aug/07 |
