Climbs 25
Rocktype Limestone
Altitude 1966m a.s.l
Faces E
Generally good quality east facing limestone - afternoon shade can be useful. Routes up to 28m. The info is taken from https://www.thecrag.com/en/climbing/china/yunnan/western-hills/area/7187001987. This uses the USA grading system (YDS) which is reproduced here. However the crag does seem to have a tendency for undergrading.
On the west side of Kunming. Approach is a bit hidden, park up at the Longmen Food Street Parking Lot then follow the road back (no pedestrian path). At some point you will spot the crag peaking out from the trees to the left of you in front, there is a turning into an abandoned lot and on the far left side of the blue fence there is a gap (possibly forced open by climbers).
Get through the gap then walk a couple more minutes until you spot a red wall with a broken stair right beneath the crag. Follow it zig zag up to the crag.
